After about a year of thinking about doing a project in East Africa, we finally got our opportunity to head to Uganda. With 32 rolls of film, 3 hi8 tapes, 600ft of 16mm, we head off to Uganda and Rwanda with only weeks set aside to meet our potential characters and find our story.
